Free pickup at KC Dawgz Dog Training Academy, 10750 El Monte St, Suite 200, Overland Park, KS 66211.

How it works: order and pay online, and we'll text you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Then pick it up at our front desk. Ruffland kennels are pickup only.

Returns & Refunds

We want you and your dog to love what you buy. If something isn't right, bring it back within 14 days of pickup for a refund or exchange.

Returns: unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 14 days of pickup. Bring the item and your order confirmation (or the name on the order) to our front desk.

Kennels: Ruffland kennels can be returned within 14 days if unused, undamaged and complete, with all doors and hardware. Please call ahead before bringing one back.

Not returnable: opened treats and chews, and items that have been used, chewed, washed or damaged by a pet.

Damaged or defective: if an item is damaged or defective, let us know within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you. After that, we'll help you with the manufacturer's warranty.

Refunds: we refund to your original payment method once we receive the return. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post it.
